stingray656667 Posted March 9, 2019 Report Share Posted March 9, 2019 I'm curious about something and could not find any information in a search- Is half of a saw cut upper receiver legal to own if you only have the front half from the bolt handle removal notch to the nose and it is one continuous piece? Would this be considered a non-firearm since only a portion of the upper receiver is present? Thank you for any input. Have a great weekend.
