Found some photos of this on the website Guns.Ru (https://forum.guns.ru/forummessage/85/755627-39.html), so it is currently in the Russian Federation I believe reading through the post.

In Gordon's book, 2650 was 1 of 100 1921's shipped to Von Seabeck Company in Germany, (1 of 50 shipped on the 11/19/23), so perhaps the early Thompsons that found there way to Russia in the 1920's/ 1930's, where transhipped via Germany and not Mexico as some believe?

On the Guns.ru website there is also a photo of a Model of 1921 on display in the Tula arms museum.

There are also a few references to Thompsons being used in the Soviet Union during the 1920's and 30's, on that site.

I have just edited this post, to add a third picture of the Tula M1921, from a different angle, that I found online last night on a website showing the Tula Arms collection.
