Paladin601
Was at the range today and the Extractor dislodged from the bolt. I have the same extractor installed back in place, but started wondering if I should replace the extractor, or even use some red loctite on the t-slot, to keep it from coming out again. The extractor, and the receiver , suffered no damage.

Oldtrooper
I had the same problem with my 1927A1 ... I solved it by lightly staking the extractor ... The photo shows two stakes, but there are two more not visible ... I did this before Kahr offered to pin them in place. I can still remove the extractor if need be, and it has never popped out since I did this alteration ...

Staked Extractor Thompson.jpgThanks, Yes , I think being able to remove the extractor is a good idea, too.
Paladin601
I made the t-slot tighter then staked it. I will see if that works
