Well, it's not really a bullet, it's more a shell (sorry, don't know how you say it in English, I'm Dutch u c!) It's about 5 cm high, and it's all green and blue, that means it's gotta be very old.

I found a bullet in France, in Cap Blanc Nez, and it had an inscription on it : PK|67|N|33 It was on the bottom, in a circle.
