Hey Phil, A Merry Christmas to you too, and to all the other TCA members who probably wonder what happened to me (actually, after two years you've probably stopped wondering). Well, Kevin B. is still kicking. Been through a rough period. Wasn't too long ago I was picturing myself standing by an intersection with nothing but the clothes on my back and a Thompson hardcase at my feet, holding a small cardboard sign: "Will shoot for food." Okay, it never got that bad, but it was kinda grim. Things are better now, and I'm always looking in to see what is going on (Big hat's off to Frank for keeping this board going!!) I am going to make a real effort to make it to Granville, Ohio next Summer. Phil, you still stay in that fleabag motel in Newark with that awful house band? Was it "Uncle Lester??" You know, the one that does a fortyfive minute sound check for a one hour set. You do have style. Hope all is well. To all the usual suspects at the TCA show, I'm sending this cause I won't have time to contact anyone personally. I'm afraid I won't make it this year. Its been a rough one for me and my family, a death, not immediate but close, lost a job, found a job, and in two weeks I have to move my family to a new city, and hopefully, get our lives back to normal. So, Phil A., Trip T., Frank, Jim, Tom P., Pat, and all the rest who had hoped to try to whup my a** on the range this year, sorry, you'll just have to wait till next time ;-) I'm gonna miss it! but I'll be back, in uniform in 04.
