Hi there, Did you ever find out why it would fail to fire. I am experiencing the same problem and can not figure it out.I load a stick magazine the first 3 rounds fired no problem the fourth was chambered but there was no click I'm thinking the trigger group is no correct and I could not push trigger forward to reset. Can anyone help me out.

Can someone help me out with my Thompson 1927A1 semi-auto West Hurley,N.Y.Model. Was shooting it the day before yesterday when it just stopped firing.I removed the Magazine removed the cycled round then reinserted the Magazine released the bolt aimed and fired the first round the action cycled with no problem but when I squeezed the trigger to fire the 2nd round nothing not even a click.
