My brother and I are in the wholesale business. Little family company. Two trucks, straight rigs - not semi's and a couple of 1 ton vans. Two weeks ago one of our trucks got stopped by DOT for a safety check. They went through everything and could not find anything to write up. Finally wrote out a ticket/violation for "no spare fuses". The kid gets back and tells my brother Jim about it. Jim has been calling down (I'm not making this up) every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for two weeks trying to find out what the fine is so we can pay it and not get whacked for paying late etc. No one can tell him. Only thing he was told was "it has not been turned in yet, you will have to call back". Finally he gets fed up and tries some other numbers etc. Gets passed around until he finally gets to some woman who asks him what the ticket number is. He tells her and she says "oh - there's no set amount on that, you will have to appear in court". He says "I have to drive down and go to court for no spare fuzes?" She says "no, not you - the driver". So we lose the driver for a day on the road and he goes into court "for no spare fuses" instead - how damn funny is that!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN ACCUSED OF HAVING NO SPARE FUSES....HOW DO YOU PLEAD? On a more serious side we have people in this country illegally that openly protest on the streets with impunity. What gives?

Don't know the local sheriff at all and he's not a real pro firearms type. I hunt and fish with the sheriff of another county in my state. Could my friend, sign off on a transfer or does it have to be the sheriff from my county? Thanks inb advance for any time spent in response. It's appreciated.

Here's a letter sent to her from the store. Dear Mrs. Fenton, Over the past six months, your husband has been causing quite a commotion in our store. We cannot tolerate this behavior and may ban both of you from our stores. We have documented all incidents on our video surveillance equipment. All complaints against Mr. Fenton are listed below. Things Mr. Bill Fenton has done while his spouse was shopping in Walmart: 1. June 15: Took 24 boxes of condoms and randomly put them in people's carts when they weren't looking. 2. July 2: Set all the alarm clocks in Housewares to go off at 5-minute intervals. 3. July 7: Made a trail of tomato juice on the floor leading to the restrooms. 4. July 19: Walked up to an employee and told her in an official tone, 'Code 3' in housewares... and watched what happened. 5. Aug 4: Went to the Service Desk and asked to put a bag of M&M's on layaway. 6. Sept 14: Moved a 'CAUTION - WET FLOOR' sign to a carpeted area. 7. Sept 15: Set up a tent in the camping department and told other shoppers he'd invite them in if they'll bring pillows from the bedding department. 8. Sept 23: When a clerk asks if they can help him him, he begins to cry and asks, 'Why can't you people just leave me alone?' 9. Dec 18: Hid in a clothing rack and when people browse through, yelled "PICK ME!" "PICK ME!" 14. Dec 21: When an announcement came over the loud speaker, he assumes the fetal position and screams "NO! NO! It's those voices again!!!!" And last, but not least ... 15. Dec 23: Went into a fitting room, shut the door waited awhile, then yelled very loudly, "There is no toilet paper in here!"

Just breaking on the news. Gunman described as a young Asian American Male has opened fire and has killed at least 30 people. I cannot even comprehend how someone could do something like this. What the hell is wrong with society today. Being who we are it's also impossible to wonder what the effect of things like this will have on our 2nd. Amendment rights. Remember the kids and faculty at VA. Tech. in your prayers.
