Dpedersen Posted April 24 Report Share Posted April 24 Yup I know exactly who made it! I have the same case. My father purchased custom made in 1982. Mine has a maker plate on it. The maker is James G. Terrell out of Long Beach Ca. Here is photos of mine. All the hardware matches. I even have the original purchase order!
