skychair Posted March 19, 2007 Report Share Posted March 19, 2007 I'm filling out the form1 for a SBR stamp, and they also sent in the package a form 5330.20 'Certification of compliance with 18 U.S.G. 922 (g)(5)(http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/cool.gif' They ask for a name under which the application was filled(I think thats me)?, and name of person certifying citizenship(I think thats me again?). can anyone correct or clarify this for me.
