I think it will be difficult to find a better one. The large X on the receiver indicates a russian capture as well as the electrostenciled numbers.

As far as i understood, the diamond stands for a modification to the gun: for example converting to semi-auto. The number is related to a specific dealer or person who has introduced the demand for modification for a certain model of gun. There is a list with the numbers showing the model and the name of the dealer or individual person
