If he has the stock off but has it slung .. where is the rear sling swivel? Anyone have a pic of a '28 with a the stock removed and a sling attached that we can see how it's done? bigred Posted November 26, 2004 Report Share Posted November 26, 2004 If the soldier was going to use it without the buttstock, many times they would attach the sling swivel to the bottom end of the pistol grip.
