  1. I need someone to replace the rear site assembly on a West Hurley 1927A-1 semi. Who do you guys recommend? Thanks.
  2. I've added a few pics to my collection of photos from USMA's West Point Museum. There are so many great items there that it will take many trips to photograph them all. Here's a sample: http://www.uzitalk.com/images/usma/museum/sten_iis_m79_small.jpg British Sten Mark IIS Submachinegun, U.S. M79 Grenade Launcher The rest of the pics may be seen here: USMA West Point Museum firearm pics

  5. One of our members posted this today: http://www.uzitalk.com/images/user_posts/sterling_0001.jpg The videos are here: Sterling, M16 & HK-33 full-auto FLIR videos
  6. I noticed this one at USMA West Point's museum last weekend. It's a copy of a Thompson produced in a jungle workshop by the Vietnamese. http://www.uzitalk.com/images/usma/museum/m2_vietnamese_thompson_small.jpg Click here or on the pic to be taken to the thread on our site. The Vietnamese Thompson photo is the last (so far) post on the second page. I have to warn you that the full size pic is around two megs.
  7. If you all don't mind, take a look through the photos on my site and let me know if there are any you'd like better views of. I'll definitely be up there again to see my son, and will try to get better shots.
  8. Here it is. http://www.uzitalk.com/images/usma/museum/thompson_prototype.jpg
  9. You can read the info better in the original photo. If you want it, just send me an e-mail.
  10. Since everyone here was interested in the photo of the Thompson from West Point, I thought I'd tell you about the photos I took in West Point's museum. I have a long thread of photos at UZI Talk that I add to from time to time. There are several Thompsons in the thread, including General Patton's M1A1, and at least one prototype. If you'd like to see all of the pics, they're here: http://www.uzitalk.com/forums/showthread.p...hlight=thompson I'm not much of a photographer, but I'll try to keep adding to this.
  11. QUOTE (John Jr @ May 7 2004, 11:14 PM) I found this picture on the Uzi site. Comes from West Point or something. WHAT IS THIS DEVICE? ????? http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/blink.gif Yes, it came from West Point. Every year the History Dept. has a machine gun shoot, and my son (a Cadet) took some photos from the one they had last weekend. I've been trying to find some answers for him, but didn't even know this board existed until this morning. Thanks to everyone!
  12. Looks like you guys are already on this. http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/smile.gif http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invb...t=ST&f=3&t=2175 Thanks!
  13. Please see the thread referenced below: http://www.uzitalk.com/forums/showthread.p...=&threadid=5386 Thanks!
