  1. I've tried cold and it works with bearings. Cold causes things to expand,, put a Coke bottle in the freezer overnight and you'll see what I mean
  2. I would recommend putting the sight in the freezer overnight, that will cause it to expand. I have done this with bearings, an old trick my Dad taught me, and it works well
  3. I have one marked as the title and Colt-Browning made by Plant(s) with 5 magazines, no metal cup. I was wondering what that's worth Thanks
  4. I would appreciate opinions on the following asking price for a WH 1927 I am selling. I have one in good shape, blueing about 98%, with a removable buttstock modification (wiggles a little), both horizontal and vertical forearms, an FBI case, violin (guitar) case, sling, Richardson round cocking knob, EZ pull springs, 3 30 rd mags, a 10rd drum, a Seymour 50rd drum, and all old parts. Is $1850 too much or about right? Thanks
  5. Anybody seen a registered MP40 tube for sale recently? Thanks
  6. Thanks, should it look like a 6 laying on it's side or a 9 laying on it's side? Thanks again
  7. Selector switch will flip back and forth while firing, bad spring? Thanks
  8. It was a great show as usual, very busy and crowded. I got to meet Mike early Sat AM, very pleasant fellow to speak with, had a lot of nice looking stuff at his table I think they have another show in June Thanks
  9. It's a Seymour, I'd say the outside finish is about 75%, the inside is almost 100%. The winding key has quite a bit of pitting and should probably be replaced Thanks
  10. Would it be a sin to re-blue an L drum? I don't mean to try and pass off as factory original, just to improve the appearance Thanks
  11. What would a Seymour L drum in very good condition typically go for? Thanks P.S. Merry Christmas
