  1. WTB: Early Style 1918 BAR Bipod Leg, with the 1/4 inch Thumbscrew at the bottom. I actually only need the Left Outer Leg Part #: B-147341, but let me know what you have. I just need this to complete my early bipod for proper WW2 era. Please any help! Thank you!

  3. You have a post on this forum that you "fire" your Colt Thompson with all original internal parts and don't change out your Colt bolt/actuator etc, with GI parts when you fire it, your not worried about hurting/breaking the internals and the post continued to say basically says "at least call me nostalgic" ... Above you say you never fired it... I have a very good memory and the post is on this forum. So is it you have fired it and you have forgotten? Good luck on your endeavor
  4. OCM, Great information and I understand, but I was looking to exactly replicate the picture of the 1918 BAR that was recovered by the FBI. I have seen the others with the rear site removed. Also with my replica IRAC aluminum display receiver I think it would look more real with the rear site on it. Thank you so very much for responding and your information. I love your picture of the real authentic headdress and your replica. Thank you again and if you come across a rear site or even just the 1918 BAR rear site base let me know.
  5. These sold at $7000ish range with the complete Colt wood 3 to 4 years ago, from another individual on the board that purchased them all de-milled; just to put things in perspective
  6. Hello can someone please help me out and post pictures of actual proper M1918 blued swing swivels front and rear swivel pictures please.
  7. Ross, I thought the same exact thing as gijive on your grip.... I looked at the pictures and was like wow that looks correct!
  8. I am still looking for 1 M1 display/replica upper. Also I am in need of a couple grip mounts, so if you have some or grip mounts in bad shape that could be used on the replica/display, PM me please. Thank you.

  10. Bump, still looking to trade for a set of 28 Paddle Controls. Or if you have a set of 28 paddle safety and/or rocker pivot for sale instead of trade and also in I'm in need of a pivot plate and mag catch, let me know. Personal message me if you can help. Thank you.
  11. That is $6 cheaper than TargetSportsUSA price. The only good thing on targetsportsUSA buying is no matter where you live it's free shipping. Reliable and good shooting ammo for the money. Look forward to meeting you Mike at the 25th TATA show and shoot this year.
  12. Wow, what an opportunity for you! Congratulations! As Mike said, "BUY IT"! Much history, there for sure, in that Thompson...... Best of luck! Early number AUT ORD CO logo, what's not to like or ponder? Run to the bank and to the forms..
  13. Unfortunately Don at Omega Weapons in AZ use to have lower frames for years at $125 stripped. Then a month ago about he went up to $165. Don is out now of stripped lower frames, he's keeping the rest of frames for his display gun sales. Don is a great guy and great to deal with.. Yes, the lower frame on gun broker is not worth it and heavily modified.
  14. I picked up a display 1928A1 upper from a board member to work building on a mid production 1928A1 display/replica/dummy gun with the finned barrel and "L" Lyman sight to put on it. I am in need of a GI 1928 lower frame for it. I prefer a stripped lower, but if you have one with parts also let me know. Please PM me. Thank you.
  15. I made my reservations at Cherry Valley Lodge and I know some others that did. So I hope to see more of you over there at Cherry Valley.
  16. TD, You can well represent the group that stayed last year, by maybe calling and speaking to the general manager of Cherry Valley Lodge for us and maybe see that you could get an apology from them and retify the situation? The hotel at least has large meeting areas and was easy access for everyone. It might be worth the time. I was planning on staying there this year. Regards, Keith
  17. I have contacted the gentleman selling this. He told me he has sold many times on gun broker and he's not going to tell me his reserve, since he has had issues with that in the past.. This is a completely dubious statement, because he has only "1" feedback and that is buying something! Completely fishy.... I would not bid; proceed with caution and look at the other posts also. For your reading pleasure a few of his "response" emails back to me: 1.) "I've found disclosing reserve $'s on GB gets me nowhere - including people not even opening w/a bid. E.G., $1k for a 'C' drum..." 2.) "So,..? I'm new. Everyone starts somewhere. Have several items purchased but they are all Cl. 3 weapons, so no feedback until BATFE papers clear...thanx." 3.) "Maybe it was another guy I told this to - I've SOLD on GB - been thru the mill - but these are Cl. 3 NFA weapons & until BATFE clears the papers the buyer(s) won't/Can't(?) post any + feedback. All happy campers so far. No, I don't use pay-pal - heard bad things @ them. Also, since I'm NOT some gun dealer, I don't take CC's - I know that hurts me but as an individual person nothing I can do. I've alot of hard bark on me - I don't get offended easily & realize its a 2-way street on GB - 1st Buyer was so learry of me as a new seller (he was my 1st MG buyer) U-wouldn't believe what he requested of me to prove I was real & the gun mine. But, that's O'K - now he's bought several."
  18. Blazer Brass is $299.80 a Thousand for 45acp, 230 gn, FMJ, SHIPPING included from: Targetsportsusa.com I posted a few weeks ago their special.
  19. See the two pictures below. Detachable TSMG Buttstock Adapter Plate. I guess these are very difficult to find and I guess Doug Richardson doesn't have them any longer. $40 plus $5 shipping USPS with tracking. PM me and we can set up payment. Thank you.
  20. Guys, I purchased this grip, along with some other Thompson stock and grips. I have grip also that matches the same stain of this grip in the picture and that grip fits a M1 frame, so I think the other grip I have was from a West Hurley. So I'm wondering if anyone knows what gun this grip goes on? It came with the aluminum screw. Thanks for any help!
  21. I am aware of the business's already that are currently selling replica receivers and grip mounts. I was wondering if any of you guys have bought any Aluminum or Steel Replica Display 1928 or M1 uppers receivers and not going to use that you would sell? I'm looking for the upper display receivers that have near proper markings. The "IMA" display replica's aren't very authentic looking with their markings, etc. I am need of (1) M1 display/replica upper. I am also in need of (1) 1928A1 display upper and (1) "Model of 1928" display upper to make an early Savage Model of 1928 replica for future replica's I want to work build for display. Also I will be in need of G.I. 1/2" inch grip mounts; if you have one your selling please let me know. PM me Have a great day! PM me if you have anything that your not going to use. Thank you.
