So dont know if im in the wright spot i was wondering if a M16 m16 auto sears has to be sold with a tax stamp or if it is juat a part at this point till put togeather ?

We have a customer that brought in this Thompson Submachine Gun for a cleaing job and approximate resale value. It is a fully automatic; however we are unable to determine the year. We believe it may be around 1979. We're looking for as much information as possible to help determine a retail value. Any information would be greatly appreciated!
