Got it to work, have two pre-mays that were able to be placed on a Form 4, already submitted and are in process. Hopefully I'll get the 2 week or less turnaround like the video mentioned. I do have one gun that is still showing up as pre-may and it was the one I would of assumed would of been the most likely to be a LEO gun at one point.

Where on eforms inv do I see the restrictions? Mine does not have a restrictions column.

Checked last night and out of 3 Pre-Mays I have, 2 are now letting me put them on Form 4s, all my pre-may inventory shows up as white, but one does not let me put it on a form 4. Apparently transferable now: M3A1 and M37 Browning Still pre-may - H&R M14
