OK guys i have everything packaged and ready to go for the ones that are being replaced. if i have not contacted you regarding your replacement please reach out as i dont want anybody missed.

why does the one on the left look like it was hammered out of an old license plate? lol is that the factory one?

So it appears the gun they were modeled off of had some parts that didn’t belong or it was an oddball. Changed have been made to the charging handle and I will replace the ones that are not correct. My apologies guys for the incorrect dimensions. Dan has been a huge help getting this figured out. Have new ones made and ready to replace the wrong ones.

So here is what I have come up with to ensure there is no chance of any hammer strikes. Let me know if any other changes need to be made. Taylor this one is headed your way.

And there it is, your bolt hole measurement is slightly large than mine. Also your hammer on the WH is larger and longer than mine. So what i will do is go off of your measurements and allow a little extra for clearance. That should address any future issues. Scar that one up as bad as you need to. I will have another one on the way for you tomorrow. I had no WH models to measure off of and if anybody has any issues please reach out and I will get yours replaced as well. Again thanks to everyone who has written and helped me develop these as it is definitely a challenge with some of the angles when you dont have a good model to work off of.

Absolutely will I take ideas and criticism. That’s the only way to improve on things Especially when you are making something that you make a best guess on dimensions. I appreciate everyone who has contributed to the design of the actuator. I have met a lot of great people and had many ideas to choose from. I will have your new one made and placed in the mail. I will also have spares just in case. lol.

I never took it that way, however i dont like mistakes lol. I am going to replace it for you regardless. if you dremel it out if you could take a few measurements and let me know the size of your hammer (length, diameter) i would like to have that info for future reference. thank you for bringing this to light. i will remake some and be prepared just in case. it is safe to fire once you open it up. or i will get one sent to you by sat.

both of the tommys here are kahr.but i have modified the design. if anybody has the same issue please send me a pic with a message and i will send out a new one right away. will modify the ones here and have them ready by the weekend

You can dremel them out. They are hardened but a burring bit should remedy the issue. I will change the design.

That is a new one. We didnt have that issue with the test one we have here. But possibly there are enough variances that it could be an issue. So I will make them elongated. If you want to send them back and I’ll machine them out. Or I can just send you some new ones with the cut out. And you can send those to the scrap pile.

Hey guys, Just an update here. I will be shipping these out this week for the people who preordered them and i will have extras made if you are still looking for them. Here is what the completed part looks like.

OK guys here we go!! Thanks to all who have helped develop this item.It was several weeks of trial and error but here we are. For those that have orders they are now being filled. We had some made up and when we were testing we ran into an issue so instead of sending them out and having them not work correctly we went ahead and fixed the issues. They will be colored and treated upon arrival. Keep the ideas coming and we will keep running with them. A huge shout out to Dan Block for helping me with this project. Very knowledgeable and great to work with!
