It appears to me that $59 is for muzzle attachments that've been modified to fit a Garand gas cylinder setup. I didn't see the unmodified ones that used to go for $50 for the 7" tricomp and $45 for the 5" FH. Sure hope they're not out!

Judging by the lack of responses, you could call Sarco. Just make sure you are able to get past the girls on the phone and speak to someone who knows what they're talking about. FYI, Reese Surplus has new Beretta-built Garands in 7.62x51 for $1250.
