tinker Posted April 13, 2012 Report Share Posted April 13, 2012 Question: On original MP40's, was there a slot milled into the top of the receiver for the rear sight to sit in? I know they were spot welded into place, but I cannot find any info regarding a milled slot. The slot can't be very deep of course, but any help will be appreciated!
