bmarvin
Colt Thompson 21A serial number 3148.This gun was shipped May 3rd 1926 to Dr. De Boe in Coral Gables Florida. It was registered in February of 1935 with the Treasury Department. In 1956 Thompson #3148 was sold. It remained with that owner until2005. I bought the gun in 2008. The gun retains all the original parts, wood, and finish. It also comes with a Colt era“C” 100 round drum. The drum is not numbers matching but the front cover has the same serialnumber,3148,as the Thompson. $34,000 up front or two payments of $18,000 or best offer. Not interested in any trades Photos at http://s113.photobuc...uns/21A%203148/ThanksBrian

billatlanta
0928jets,If you think that might be what you would be interested in-give him a call, he's easy to deal with and will give you thestreightforward info. I have delt with him a couple times before, and every time was a very positive experience.Won't cost you anything just to inquire, I think he even hasan 800 #.If nothing else you'll get to talk with a real EXPERT.He would probably give you his # if you PM him.Bill

easycompany104
I do like the colt, price seems reasonable;but, not sure what a mismatch number C drum is worth. Nice to have most of the number on the drum matching.
giantpanda4
Actually I would say most do not match... some were shipped from the factory mismatched. If you search the posts there was a thread about drum prices lately. If you really want a 1921 - this is a good deal from a good guy. It's up to you now...!
