I want the other end that sits at the back of the reciever tube that holds the guide rods together. I thought that I had the right name for ths part. I would like the big plate instead of the small (bar)plate. What exactly is this called? Thanks, Jeff I found out that its called "bolt and guide group"and I don`t need the bolt or the springs. emmagee1917 Posted January 25, 2013 Report Share Posted January 25, 2013 Rare to find one on the loose. They usually come with the two rods attached. The big one is for the old style M3 . The narrow one is for the upgraded M3A1. Because the cocking mech was no longer in the way , with a groove through the bolt and the narrow plate , you could slide the bolt group out the front without removing the ejector housing.Chris Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
