wwl
I have a question for STEN RKI's, I have a C&R STEN MKII. not a dealer's sample, mfg Long Branch Canada. The gun has the Chinese characters on the mag well. I believe that approx 125,000 were mfg but approx 75,000 were destined for the Chinese Nationalist Army. My STEN is dated 1945 so must have been in the pipeline when shipments ceased. Are there many Chinese marked Canadian STENs in the registry? The gun is in beautiful shape. Thanks for any help. m3bobby
The Chinese marked (As above) STEN MK2s are Lend Lease for China but at some point the agreement went South and thousands of Chinese marked Long Branch Mk2s, Inglis Bren 7.92mm and Browning Hi-Powers ended up in Commonwealth stocks.
