darrylta
I'm in the market for a WWI 2nd assistant mag pouch and two extra matching pouches. My intent will be to remove the rifle cartridge pouches and replace them withthe matching BAR mag pouches. It seems that every time I find a candidate, I get sniped :-) The prices on thesepouches seems to be escalating rapidly. Thanks for the help,Darryl
RoscoeTurner
Have you considered the type that have the pistol magazine pouches removed and replaced with BAR magazine pouches? I see this type fairly often.
darrylta
RT, I've never seen one that is completely none in this manner. If you come across one, drop me a line. It's the last item I need to cobble together to show with my Monitor accessories grouping.I've given up on finding an original real McCoy WWI style six pocket pouch. Thanks,Darryl Edited December 9, 2015 by darrylta
RoscoeTurner
They were modified like that during the 30s when the US gave up on the marching fire technique. You see them being used in early WWII photos. The ones I have were found on eBay.
