Yet Another Problem

Now I've been noticing that my pivot plate seems to be pushing itself out of the receiver. It can only go so far, to the point that the safety lever section stops it, but it's a little annoying that it doesn't stay flush pressed up against the receiver anymore.

 

Anyone ever see this? I've removed it and reinstalled it maybe like 6 times in the past few months.

Is this normal that is pushes itself out, or is this part worn now too?

I recently dealt with this on mine. The safety lever is what keeps the pivot plate held against the receiver. My safety lever would push into the receiver farther than it should allowing my pivot plate to drift outward during firing. I added a small pin to the safety shaft to create a limiter for it.
