Joebad
Just changed springs in my M1A1 got working better, now trigger turned very spongy and have to litterally push trigger forward to fire. Any bone know a quality gunsmith to work on this, have had gun since 1985
deerslayer
They may be a "bur" on the trigger or sear. Did you install new springs on the sear and or trigger? Sometimes people will put the sear spring in upside down. You need to make sure you put the larger end into the sear. It takes a bit of pressure and a twist to get it started.
