C&R License on form 4 question

When filling out a form 4 to transfer from a C&R holder to a dealer, in the License class section, what do I put? I see when they got it, on their form 4 it is "03-collector of C&R" in that section. Is that correct, or is it something else?

Correct. I looked at several that cleared for me in the last year. I have used "C&R" and "03 C&R" in the class box both were approved within 4 months. This was coming from either an individual or dealer to a C&R license.

Doesn't matter if the transferor has a C+R, as it isn't needed to transfer the gun out on F4. It is an individual F4 taxed transfer to a transferee who's FFL 03 number is the only relevant FFL. In this case, the transferor's FFL status is irrelevant.

Because a C+R licensed transferor included it on the F4 doesn't make it relevant. FWIW

Been waiting 11-months for suppressor transfer "with" a C&R License listed on Form-4.

My last transfer for C&R FFL to another C&R FFL took 15 months. I have another one in the works and it has been with the BATF for 10 months now. How did you get it through in 4 months?
