levallois Posted October 26, 2007 Report Share Posted October 26, 2007 Just sent off my C&R app to BATFE and was wondering the answer to the above question. Once I find a Model 50 that I like and pay for it, does the (more than likely out of state) seller hold the weapon while the whole Class III app goes through?
