mnshooter
Is the first patent date magazine (In the pinned thread, the first marked magazine, directly under the blank magazine)of any significant value difference, compared to the "patent error date", or are they valued about the same? Just guessing, I would expect the first model to be the more desired. But, I was also absolutely certain HC would win the election. Not looking to buy or sell; the subject just came up in a discussion.Thanks. ppgcowboy
HC was the flawed candidate and thus of lesser value.
Sandman1957
Value as always is how rare and what condition. Most likely less blank ones. The others patent date or error date are about the same, 85 and up depending on condition. Regarding HC... a flawed magazine in all regards, not only unreliable, but guaranteed to fail you when asked to do as you expected. Failures included loss of life of those who depended on that model, changing claims after asking for refunds or returns, and being offensive when dealing with those who (had) to serve (her). Most likely my first post that will get deleted...
mnshooter
Just to be absolutely clear, and to keep burning paper bags off my porch:I certainly did not mean I wanted her to win; only that I and the vast majority of information sources had assumed certain victory. Now, back to Thompson stuff... Sandman1957
I thought she would win as well and was ecstatic that she did not.
