Looking For Winchester Ser. #'s

Recommended Posts

Way off topic but looking for a listing of old Winchester serial numbers. I have a close friend who's found an old family .22 pump - galery gun. It's an old Mod. 62A. Anyone know where I can point him to figure out an approxomate age?

Thanks for any help, and, Nick, give this a day or so and then kill it. Thanks.

HAH http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/tongue.gif Good one there Mr. Mike. Actually on any given day I'd say you were probably right...this story is a true one however. It's a guy I work with.

I may buy it but that's not been offered - yet.

Have a good day. You were just longing for it because it's a .22 ...... http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/laugh.gif http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/laugh.gif http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/laugh.gif

I have my new .22. It's a 1927A3. Needs some TLC to get working better, but it was suprisingly accurate. Oh, and Frank's .22 JAC kit worked perfect in my '28 WH.
