  1. I have some excellent condition original MP41 marked magazines that I would like to sell, if interested please let me know.
  2. You would not have found any parts in Allentown. I was there on Sat. , pickings for M.G. parts were almost non-existent.
  3. The book that slowfinger is talking about is titled "Sturmgewehr! From Firepower to Striking Power" By Hans-Dieter Handrich, it is available from Collector Grade Publications. The title is a little corny but the book is good. There is also a book in the Propaganda Series titled "MkB42,MP43,MP44 And The Sturmgewehr 44" it doesn't have a lot of detailed information but it does have a lot of nice original photographs of the guns in use.
  4. I buy the Graff brass already made for around 25 cents each, it's a whole lot easier than forming your own.
  5. This is very high especially since they are repro's and only worth about $20.00. This is one of the reasons I don't bother with e-bay anymore.
  6. $30.00-$50.00 depending on condition and marking. Try BRP Corp. or OO.
  7. It's hard too tell without seeing it. Can you post a picture of the button side?
  8. It is the style as the M16 but it is not threaded like the M16. The MP44 magazine button is staked on, the only way to remove it is to drill off the mushroomed part of the shaft.
  9. I have also seen that also, it was in a late war news reel that I have on tape. There were two MP44's packed back to back with just a skeleton of wood around them. But there was probably some kind of crate earlier or some kind of spare magazine crate.
  10. Does anyone have one or a picture of the box that the MP44's were shipped in? Or a spare parts or magazine chest. I have never seen any or any pictures either. I have some extra hardware and would like to build a replica.
  11. Huntingtons and Buffalo Arms already have new made brass around 23-26 cents a piece depending on how many you buy. I have already made 1000 rounds with it and it shoots fine, real nice stuff.
