  1. I never have been able to find a good YouTube link but this one is pretty high quality and complete. Still looking for one of those drums... http://touch.dailymotion.com/video/x85tes_miller-s-crossing-le-roi-de-la-thom_travel
  2. I would like to buy it. Please PM me with payment info? Thank you
  3. Rust - Did you add the extra feet to your case? If so, would you mind posting a picture and details on attachment method? Thanks!
  4. I have a drum that I would like to grease for a donation to the board. Could someone please PM details? Thank you
  5. I have a few shooter grade XXX magazines that I would like to have reblued. Does anyone have a recommendation for performing this service? I am also looking for one shooter grade XX magazine. As always, thank you for the wealth of information!
  6. Try Merle Bitikofer, the drum doctor. He is a wealth of information on which drums to steer clear of and which ones have a high probability of functioning. He can be reached at (503) 623-8294. This is in Oregon so please consider the time difference when calling.
  7. Thank you so much so the information. Attached is a picture of the two bolts I use. Do you have a brief description of what I need to use and procedure to correct the issue? Thanks again.
  8. Reading this thread, I think I may have a similar issue. My WH 28 seems to function fine but I am seeing similar marks as shown below. It has all GI internals and a Savage bolt. Does this mean I should really do the unthinkable and make it a safe jester due to the potential for additional harm until it can visit PK? Thank you for any input.
  9. I am a relatively new WH owner who has a few years to go on PK's list and have a question about the observed wear pattern on my lower. Please see the attached photo. Is this normal for a WH 1928? I know that most WH's suffer from issues that may be detrimental over the long term but I would really like to occasionally enjoy it, especially if it will eventually be too pretty to shoot 😊 I do have Merle's .22 kit that I intend to use primarily in the interim. Thank you very much for any additional information.
  10. Actually those that have visited Paul Krogh at Diamond K to have any deficiencies corrected.
  11. While I know that the Westies aren't as desirable to many like Colt's or original M1/M1A's, there always seems to be interest and appreciation for PK'd Westies. Is there a consensus on the value of a PK'd 1928 West Hurley? I have been watching the boards for quite a while and don't recall seeing one come up? Thank you so much for the wealth of Thompson knowlege I have been able to glean from this boards discussions and FAQ's!
