ofd291
Saw this in the antique mall in New Philadelphia Ohio. Sorry about the white lines they are the light reflections.
OCM
Cool, this was part of a marketing pack ( I think there is another term I can't remember) that the movie houses received when renting the movies- These were a common drive-in double feature. The pack came in a large red envelope, with this posters and others, ad slicks for the newspaper, and a write up you gave to the local paper . There was a full sheet, lobby cards and door talkers. james m
These went with the movies from theater to theater so they got a lot of use and that's why the large lithos(27" x 41") in particular are often very ragged. I had a selection of Grade "B" posters from the 30s and 40s with an Arizona Western theme on display in my offices when I owned a business.Has anyone seen this particular movie?Jim Edited July 19, 2012 by james m
OCM
Yes, I have both on old VHS tape. Charles Bronsen & Dorathy Provine. Provine did the old TV series Roaring Twenties if you are old enough to remember.
