Front Sight Diagram

I understand that quite often doing it yourself is half the fun, but you

can buy either the M1928 pattern compensator sight, or the M1 pattern

ring sight for less than $20. It would take hours to machine either of these

in an I-am-only-making-one approach. Gun Parts Corp and Sarco both have these

sights and I am sure others have them as well...

Exactly. I was justing looking at one on Numrich. More interesting things on the Thompson

to machine anyway. The receiver, trigger frame and barrel come to mind.
