michaelkih
I like to usually stash up atleast 10,000 rounds for any caliber I get into just so I don't worry about not having any. I think I want an MP44 b/c of the prices right now, but I can't find any ammo at all for them. Anyone know where some can be found?
RoscoeTurner
My Kurz ammunition falls from a Dillon 650. http://i676.photobucket.com/albums/vv121/roscoeturner/80d704d5-fed3-49ab-8837-f52f14e8c51a_zpsc1ab64bd.jpg

michaelkih
Is that for your MP44? If so, you selling?
RoscoeTurner
It is for my MP43/1, traded off the MP44 a few months ago. I don't sell reloaded ammunition due to liability issues. Reloading components for 7.92 Kurz are available along with dies if you decide to go that route.

michaelkih
Just scored 800 rounds of new non corrosive PRVI ammo from aim before they sold out! That was close. It's a start.....it'll be a couple months until I get the MP44 anyways. Hopefully I can get a little more.

rsgirdner
Roscoe, I am just afraid of a squib. With full auto you don't have time to notice a squib load.
RoscoeTurner
I have been reloading for over 30 years and have only had one squib which was on a military range firing issue IMI .38 Special in a Model 10 S&W.Roscoe, I am just afraid of a squib. michaelkih
Aimsurplus has it in stock every couple weeks. NICE new PRVI ammo for the not so cheap price of $0.80. What are we gonna do though? It's 2014. Not 1974. I've picked up several thousand rounds now. Just need the gun to show up. Keep your brass even if you don't reload it. You can sell it and get half your cost back practically. To answer your question, I bought it from David Spiwak for $16,900. I have bought many machine guns and a couple SBRs from him. Just picked up an all matching and very nice MG34 pre dealer sample for $11,050 too. He's a great guy to work with.
rsgirdner
Michael, I think that was the MP44 I was looking at. I also have purchased several machine guns from David Spiwak. Great guy to work with. Always represents his firearms accurately. Nothing but investment grade guns.
sprat
seems the price of ww2 7.9mm kurz has gone up I have seen it for as much as $3 a round and people are paying for it boxed or not east german is not fair behind in price so if you don't reload and own a mp-44/stgw-44 its time
