snider
I am going to build a very rare semi auto(there where no semis originally and only two fulls exist in private hands out of the 400 built ) version of an m2 hyde(Thompson replacement that was accepted and put into production then canceled after 400 for the pos m3 grease gun) next, now that im done with the m55 semi build .I have had some good luck in contacting an owner and getting dimensions and oictures and have reverse engineered the thing and will make it closed bolt of course .I have been collecting pieces that are usable and have drawn up blue prints for the critical pieces and converted to 3d models .gong to laser print these parts in plastic for fit up .stock is in work . will post some inprogress photos as I go Edited March 25, 2015 by snider
