It only took a week to finalize the design. Then 2 weeks for him to complete building the case. Shipping came with a tracking # and took only 7 days to east coast.The materials, fit and finish are high quality. You send him a picture showing what you want to put in the case and where you want each piece placed. You pick the materials and colors inside and out.
