M55 Reising used in Makin Island Raid?

I was watching a footage of Marine Raiders returning from Makin Island Raid and noticed that (at least) one of them carries an M55 Reising.

02:06 - M55 Reising seen in the hand of the Raider on the right, coming into picture

00:38 - Raider on the left can be seen lowering the M55 Reising; 01:27 - Raider second from left waves his Reising

01:18 - very recognizable M55 Reising

Could this be considered a proof of Reisings being used during the raid?

55s were issued to the ParaMarines, the Marine Raiders and the Navajo Code Talkers

From my photo collection it seems the M50/M55 distribution is not that simple. For example I have a photo of 3rd Marines on Samoa, one of them has an M55 Reising. 5th Marines, boarding on ship in San Francisco, three of them have M55 Reisings.

Oh, right, I understand. However may I ask on what do you base your statement about Reisings certainly being used on Makin?

I'm just trying to have as many evidence as possible.
