Chromebolt
I have an opportunity to get the following ammo (per case, new ammo) for my pending purchase of a WH M1: Speer/CCI Lawman 230 gr FMJ $158.69 Federal 230 gn FMJ $175.70 I've used Federal before but not the Lawman brand. Has ayone had any experience with these in the Thompsons? The Federal worked fine when test firing the WH. But the Lawman is less expensive. Red9
I own a WWII Auto Ord. M1A1. I just fired last week over 500 rounds of the Lawman ammo. My Tommy gobbled it up! I really haven't had any problems with any ammo in my gun, even reloads.
full auto 45
I have fired a couple thousand of the Speer out of both my Thompsons and love it. I have a 1928 HW and a WWII M1.
Chopper28
Works fine in mine. Make sure it is brass cased and stay away from the aluminum cased stuff. My .
