Red9 Posted October 7, 2006 Report Share Posted October 7, 2006 I know that if you move within the same state, it is not required to notify ATF of the move since you are still in the original state. When moving to another state, form 5320.20 must be completed with the pertinent information. How long is the turnaround to get this form back? I just recently retired and we are looking to possibly relocate to South Carolina, and just wanted a time frame on how long it takes for the answer.
