Grasshopper
Hi all, I was just pondering and had a thought that may not be accurate but..... The Spitfire carbine was declared a MG by BATF back in the 60's. Would that make these C&R? I'm not sure exactly how they got into the NFTR? Thoughts? Grasshopper
Hi, Is it possible to determine if a particular firearm is C&R without attempting to transfer it across state lines to someone with a C&R collectors license? In the past I had a friend that called on her NFA firearms and they told her when they entered the registry but she was quite an exceptional gal. (Let us say she knew people.) Sincerely, Grasshopper

BillyDixon
at thet time if feds could get more than 2 rds. out of it on fa then it was nfa. most of the spitfires were later reworked by owners to be reliable, just sayn
