NotDeaf Posted January 18, 2006 Report Share Posted January 18, 2006 I’ve read and heard of a “thing†called a loader. It’s for Thompson magazines? Someone place a post on Sturmgewehr, some time ago, about he had a magazine loader for the Thompson. And, the only thing I can imagine is a cloth belt loader for a 1919, because he wanted a few hundred dollars for it. I e-mailed that person asking about a picture, if he could e-mail me and the only thing I got was a reply asking if I had a Thompson. Does this magazine loader look like a Grease gun loader? And, if it’s not that, does anyone have a picture that they could e-mail me or tell what this "thing" looks like? As always, any help would be great….. Add to that the fact that the pressure to press it in place is greater with each round. With a loader you "drop" the rounds into the loader, then in "one" motion it pushes all the ammo into the mag. Even you still have that silver sticker on the side and it should have the name who built it. The address of the gun shop I bought it from is on the side of it, but another guy called them recently and he had no more and was not making any more. Best bet to watch for a use done.
