Dang Bobby, That does suck. You take a chance buying online and its usually a beautiful thing. I have a weakness for vintage Garcia baitcasters. Bought a couple off Ebay and learned some lessons quickly Hang in there brother, Dell
Howdy Boys, I am about to post a couple of Thompsons. In the past I always used Toms website Subguns. I will be using Franks new site. I have sold a couple to guys in your club, One was Dave Evans, I had tried to contact him but with no luck. I always learn something about the guns when your guys leave comments. Any tips on how to sell an original 100 rd. drum? I assume Franks website on the drum also. Dell Free 817-266-1574 Fort Worth
Hello Sir, Where is the proofing mark that tells you if a Thompson is British? On the actuator ? Is it just Overstamps or could any 21 Thompson be British? I thought they all would originate from Conn.. I have a few and have not known to check for British marks. Thanks guys. Dell
OCM, We have always been interested in the history associated with firearms.Especially Thompsons. We never participated in a formal research group, like you guys, but would have loved to. Thanks for the kind words. Respectfully, Dell
