https://www.gunbroker.com/item/781938891 Dont Know the Seller Nor the Gun.If its Mechanically sound, 10k is a bargain. Its not Original, Barrel is from a 28, Its been refinished and As TD pointed out to me the Outside of the Ejector looks like its gone. Still Awfully low priced for a Auto Ordnance WW2 Gun.

Swetnam Case?
Grease Gunner replied to Grease Gunner's topic in Thompson Submachine Gun Message Board
Is the one I am comparing it to a fake of a Swetnam? -
Here is a Swetnam case sold here 3 years ago and the inside has a label "Swetnam" I didnt realize this was a fake of a Swetnam The First 5 pics are the "Swetnam" The next 4 are my case. Mine is also a Swetnam Replica Mine is also a fake of a Swetnam most likely done in the 70's when this was prevalent Thanks to huggytree for alerting me that I had no clue about these!!! My case Follows with 4 pics

Thompson Stick Mag Loader
Grease Gunner replied to Tiz's topic in Thompson Submachine Gun Message Board
Just received a loader from Jon The compensator at the end lends a neat touch!! Works great ,15 rounds at a time. Tolerances are so close the magazines fit perfectly. I recommend this without hesitation. He is 06AngusSG on this board -

Have No Knowledge of this Seller Nor The Gun But Thought it may be of Interest to the group. https://www.gunbroker.com/item/782838709 Suggestion to All Members- when doing a link to a Auction:gunbroker etc. , that link will expire 90 days or so after the auction. For purposes of posterity, i loaded the pictures into imageshack, a hosting service. Then i pasted the links in Forum Code into this thread. Then the pictures are big compared to a picture from your desktop and they will remain in this thread for posterity. If you want to know how to do that, send me a PM. Took me a big 5 minutes! Looks all original but percentage of finish is disappointing Lower is discolored and both show lots of wear. I wonder what it would appraise at??

1921 Colt Thompson For Sale on GB, SN 569
Grease Gunner replied to bob241's topic in Thompson Submachine Gun Message Board
I ended up buying the gun from the seller since I stayed in touch with him. Gun was sold by Roger Cox in 1982 to the owner who is now deceased with no heirs. I bought it from the estate and no one has any knowledge of the gun since the owner was a loner. I didnt pay 35k All internals are correct, bolt, actuator and blich lock and pilot/buffer are correct .I dont know about the barrel ,but my guess is a replacement. I dont know the flashlight dental mirror trick to look at the back end of the barrel http://www.machinegunboards.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=22301&hl= -

I have used them for years and it covers everything I ship and everything shipped to me The insurance I save is insane!! And when I ship , i dont insure anymore so I save big time. Ask for Jack Richardson when you call them. I know a big time dealer who had $75,000 of guns stolen at a show and after he documented it they paid off quickly with no hassles

With so many inquiries there has been confusion and most all items have been sold. SO in the interests of clarity and not disappointing people when two or three board members want something that I have one of; I am recreating this thread with anything remaining for sale. I will add new cool stuff . I will number each item. Current items will be at the top and sold items will be below that,. I dont believe in deleting sold items because members would not see what items sold for. Please post in the thread if you want it and I will bag it up and put your name on it. When you post in the thread, refer to the number and name of the part. Please do the same if private messaging as well all prices include shipping, paypal is fine but add three %, too much paypalling has caused them to take 3% out of my hide even if you use the tab about sending money to family or friends. Sorry to anymembers that I could not fulfill what they want. But by numbering each item especially when there are multiples of the same item, this wont happen again. Thanks to all for your patronage and your patience. regards Haris
