Jack Krcma West Point M1923 Thompson

I found this photo in Doug's stuff. It was sent to Doug by Tom

Nelson - the author of The Worlds Submachine Guns in the late

1990's.

Tom Nelsons note with the photo says "Doug - have you seen

this plate - Taken about 45+ years ago at West Point. The man

is Jack Krcma who died two months ago - FYI - All the best, Tom."

As you can see he is posing with the West Point M1923 with

no bipod (curator says it never had one but that is a different story)

and a 100 rd. drum.

I never heard of this guy but it turns out he was a noted firearms

jack krcma was canada RCMP firearms expert, did a lot of techinical writing on gun stuff back in 1970 - 1990,,he was a close friend of blake stevens, im sure you know who that was,,just sayn

The muzzle nut goes on under or inside of the ring that holds the bipod in place. When screwed down the

large flange on nut allows the bipod to swing freely from left to right.

Я никогда не слышал об этом парне, но оказалось, что он был известным огнестрельным оружием.
