Laurel & Hardy.....and a TSMG

Recommended Posts

My work has sent me to Georgia again, I remember few years back going to Harlem Georgia to the Laurel and Hardy Museum. And remembered downloading some Photos that I forgot to Post.

Laurel and Hardy with a Thompson SMG from one of their Movies. Apparently a Prison Break is in the Works, and they got a Thompson. Two different Thompson are shown.....one with what looks to be a Scope mounted on it. I will have to find out what one of their Movies this came from. Probably one of their post Silent Movies.

Laurel & Hardy were Originals, who's influence can still be seen in other comedies Teams like ...

Ralph Kramden /Ed Norton, Skipper/Gilligan etc etc

I am pretty sure I didn't post this before, If I did I will remove

Huh, wonder what that odd tube over the barrel is?

Pardon Us was a take-off of the Wallace Beery movie The Big House, and the antagonist looks rather similar to Wallace Beery.  The same gun, with the rather obvious attachment to make it work with blanks, seems to have been used in both.
