Bounty1
I see L-Drum Repros in Shotgun News being advertised. Has anybody got the word on the quality/reliability/experience with these?
The Lone Ranger
try searching a few months back on this board, there has been quite a bit of commentary - the vast majority was favorable.
1921 Gangsta
I bought 2 , they WORK AWESOME http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/woot.gif The spring in them seems to be considerably stronger than my Kahr L-drum or my WW2 Bridgeport the "clicks" are unmistakable when winding it. TSMGguy
The quality is excellent. Buy fast before the seller gets scared out of the market!
sportster
I finally had a chance to take 3 new Crosby L drums out for a test firing. All 3 functioned perfectly right out of the box. You won't have any problem counting the clicks. I wish my AO drum was as easy to count. A great buy for a functioning drum.
SecondAmend
Got one in the initial batch from BRP. Had Merle K. modify it for use in the M1/M1A1. Works flawlessly. Who needs a '28?

bug
Google Numrich or Gunparts. They are the only vendor at this time. Don't dally.

TSMGguy
Wonderful quality, rivaling that of the best of the WWII drums. Don't let this one get by!
21 smoker
I`m glad the initial reproduction `Crosby ` drums work, however I sent my check for one and was told to wait for the second batch..in June the call came to ask if I still wanted one, I assured the caller I did, they cashed my check...and still no drum...I called `keep shooting.com`and was informed that this next batch does not work and went back to the manufactorer for correction. Apparently making a drum right the first time is no slam dunk.... http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/dry.gif

culloden
I got mine yesterday and it "feels" like a drum. Very tight and the rounds are easy to push out of. Just have to get my WH, then Ill see how she runs
