You just gotta love this movie poster!

I'm such a WWII buff and love the old WWII movies that I bought a bunch of original posters. I had them framed and at one time they were hanging in my office. I especially like the "Anzio" one staring Robert Mitchum that shows 2 Thompsons! The poster is dated 1968.

There was an M1A1 for sale on checkpointcharlies.com some time ago that had a slot on both sides of the receiver for the actuator to be set up on either side. He said in the description that it was a prototype, but I highly doubt that. I suspect it was just a gunsmith's project.

Deerslayer Said:

"No Sling Swivels..."

That must mean they're the "ultra rare Colt" M1A1's right?...(sarcasm off)

Cool Poster!

Mess of them...More Baby Face Nelson etc stuff. Lobby cards, full sheets, half sheets, came by default thru the years.

The big red Dillinger one ( 7 feet tall) is believed to be one of a kind. Called a three sheet.

Just old paper- Even used some real good ones as art around the house- Yes the wife OKed.
