TomN Posted November 2, 2023 Report Share Posted November 2, 2023 I know that when you have a Trust and after you get an Approved Form 1 for a SBR there is a requirement that you engrave the receiver. My question is when you purchase a transferable machine gun on a Form 4 does it have to be engraved also? Same question for a suppressor, when you buy a suppressor from Silencer Co your fill out a Form 4 once approved and you take possession, do you have to engrave your trust information? When you take something that is a Title One firearm and make it into an NFA item, you are considered the manufacture-hence the engraving needed.
