Taliaferro
Does anyone have a full auto commemorative Thompson I can photograph? Tracie Hill
Chappy
Anytime. 2 consecutive WW2 commemoratives. The gold is ,... too much! Spray paint would be an imrptovement but they are shooters after Dan fixed them up. Edited December 16, 2023 by Chappy

Chappy
Taliaferro, I have 2 WW2 commemoratives. Gold and all. Right now they are set up with USGI lowers but that changes quickly.

Maine-iac
Saw these earlier today and thought of this thread. Not a fan of commemorative firearms myself.
NKLF
I have two of them, a Korean War and a Vietnam. And yes all of the gold is pretty hideous.

I have 2 WW2 commemoratives and they arekind of like a cheap hooker all made up for friday night. Taliaferro wants photos for a book. I can get them but mine are shooters and the gold on the lettering is dim. Can you message him and see if you might meet his needs? Chappy
anjong-ni
I didn't know that they made "Full-auto" commemoratives". Are the long-barreled ones in the photo not "1927 semis"? Phil
Taliaferro
Correct full auto model of 1928 made by Numrich and sold to America Remembers who engraved and resold them as commemoratives. Not many made as the GCA of 1968 ended FA sales. Tracie
Lawman9328
Tracie My cousin owns a gun store down in Florida and he had these two full-auto commemoratives for sale about a year ago. He had them for a while and offered them to me but I passed on them....but he did eventually sell them. If you would like I can contact him and see if he would contact the person who purchased them and see if they would be willing to speak with you about taking photos.
