1921A Posted February 26, 2006 Report Share Posted February 26, 2006 Are you referring to the canvas breech cover? These were originally a Colt Thompson accessory. The Brits discovered them when they purchased Colts in 1940. After that, they produced them in GB for the model 21s and 28s used in North Africa. Not sure, but the commercial Mills is pretty rare - Few Colt collectors have an original commercial breech cover. IMA had the British ones about a year ago for around $20. They may still have some.
